Payments & Rates

PCK BHG accept clients with and without insurances and some EAPs.

Please contact your insurance company for your plan details regrading your plan deductible and copayments.

Each plan is different and can vary each new calendar year.

It is your responsibility to know what your yearly deductible and co-payment will be. We will try to help answer questions, but it is typically best explained by your insurance company.

We will submit all claims to your insurance company on your behalf. Insurance copays are dependent on your individual insurance plans.

All copays will be charged to your credit card on file once your insurance company processes your claim.

Existing clients can update their insurances on your portal.

Payment

HSA/FSA card, check, credit card accepted for payment.

We charge a 3.3% credit card fee.

Session Rates

Individual Sessions: 175.00

Family: 225.00

Couples: 225.00

Sliding scale fee available dependent on a needs basis.

Clients who are utilizing insurance, the fee per session is pre-determined by our in-network contract with your plan benefits, and will be different from the fee listed above.
